Late Summer Field

The bike path I ride near my home in Clarkston, Michigan goes through this field. I enjoy watching the various wildflowers emerge in turn from spring to fall. In late summer it’s full of goldenrod, Queen Anne’s lace, and purple coneflowers. The remnants of an apple orchard remain.
