In 2014 my family and I vacationed in western Oregon near Mount Hood. We went on several hikes in the area, but our favorite was the Ramona Falls Trail. Ramona Falls is a spectacular 120-foot cascade of white water flowing over black basalt. The bridge pictured crosses over the pool under the falls and gives hikers a spectacular, up-close view.
